The Bloom of Time reached out to us in 2022 and we just knew we had to work with them. Adrienne was so passionate about her business she shares with her husband Jed. They have an amazing team and their work is phenomenal. We were so lucky to get to work together and create a brand and website that encapsulates their deep knowledge of florals and the love they have for their clients. Before working together, Adrienne couldn't even update her site and it wasn't reflecting the high quality of work The Bloom of Time creates for their clients. They had worked with Taylor Kinzie Photography to get some truly amazing brand photos done so we had all the pieces of the puzzle we needed to create something special.
Brand Strategy and Design
We worked with our design partner Rhema Design Co. on this project, just like Heuss Design. As you can see, she has a varied style from project to project, just like us! This brand needed to be appeal to couples getting ready to get married and also appeal to general customers, leading them to their shop. The main logo had a seal with a floral in it reminiscent of stained glass. We also included a unique M that has a vase, hinting at the vessel a bouquet lives in when you keep it after your special day. The color palette is clean with all greens in different shades, keeping the brand soothing. Planning a wedding can be stressful so we wanted visitors to the website calm.
We also provided different logo layouts to add versatility to the brand and make it easy to use the logos from social media to their delivery vans. The last important element of the brand was the illustrations done by the talented Lovendear Design. She also has a knack for illustrating based on the brand's needs after we had worked with her on the very different style needed for Heuss Design. She captured the feminine look we were going for perfectly. The illustrations especially show a bespoke experience and adds a more personable touch.
Website Strategy, Design & Development
The Bloom of Time website was the best kind of challenge. On the website, we wanted a clean and aesthetic look. Taylor's photography worked so perfectly with the brand and truly created an immersive experience on the site. We used unique layouts and layering to move the eye around the site as a visitor explored, keeping them interested for longer and boosting the chance of them being engaged with the copy.
We made interactive sections like the process on the services page that allows you to click through the steps. We love including sections like this so that visitors are clicking around and invested in the website as they scroll.
